In this episode of Let's Be Heard, I sit down with Traci Keen to dig into her journey into the fertility space and what led her to build Onto Health. We talk about the messy reality of fertility treatment, the breakthroughs happening right now, and why so many patients still feel unseen in the system. Traci opens up about family planning, the myths that keep people in the dark about their own bodies, and how real power comes from understanding your reproductive health. This one is honest, eye‑opening, and packed with the kind of conversation we all deserve to hear.

Bio:
I’m both a Founder and CEO and my current venture (Onto Health) is reimagining access to fertility and women’s health care through tech-enabled, patient-first solutions. My background spans finance, healthcare, management consulting, and startup leadership, guiding companies from early-stage through acquisition. But my connection to this work is deeply personal: as an LGBTQ+ woman navigating my own fertility journey, I’ve seen firsthand how fragmented and overwhelming the system can be. I’m driven to change that. My mission is to build scalable, compassionate solutions that bring quality care to more people, especially those who’ve historically been left out of the conversation.
